Cynthia is a Licensed Florida Architect and Interior Designer and prides herself in knowing not only the design history and precedent behind each project's design decisions but also prides herself in knowing the technical product data and maintenance for all materials used in her Architectural, Interior Design and Furnishings work.
Traveling to tradeshows across the globe in search of the newest products and trends is a driving passion in her business and she keeps a carefully curated materials and fabrics library/showroom which she calls her "jewel."
She also actively engages with showrooms and Manufacturer's Design Representatives throughout the South Florida region to keep the library updated.
Her team of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil and geotechnical consulting engineers has been working with her for over 10 years and she also runs a team of painters, millworkers and furniture installers, upholsterer and drapery makers, warehouse receiving and delivery, electricians, tile and carpet installers; and has relationships with top property managers for larger residential estates in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Cynthia refers two excellent General Contractors with whom she's completed multiple projects and is currently working towards earning her GC license as well.
